I took the loan from cashbean and repaid the loan before date of first installement that too full amount but it didn’t get updated in my app so I called customer service and sent them screenshots of transaction and they said they will resolve my problem and to wait but now after waiting for 2months they are asking me to pay the full amount I have recordings about there talk with me and passbook details too

Don’t pay file a complaint with lawyer
I am sure the lawyer will save your money and your reputation and time. Don’t panick just contact with Advocate/lawyer
