My Videocon D2h customer ID is – 50487457. I have recharged it on 18.06.2019 after seeing there offer 1 month free on 3 months long term recharge. The offer was being shown on their official website and it was for customers who were not using D2h services at that time.
After recharge I have checked my validity of account which was not as per the offer. I wrote an e-mail to email@example.com. After mail I got phone call from there side and the customer care person told me that said offer was not applicable on you thus it is not given to you. I told him the offer was visible to me after my log-in and till recharge, but he refused and asked me for some proof. I told him I didn’t taken screen shot of the same.
He hanged my call and then I wrote another mail to the same email id and after that they sent me sms we tried to call you but you are not reachable. I told them to I am travelling right now they may write there response I will see that.
Today some another customer call person called me and he is saying there was no such offer in their website and they can not refund my money as there is no such provision of refund in company policy.
