Text of Complaint by Sanjay Yadav:

My recharge is not reflected in phone account by airtel and while Calling the customer care they are not connecting my call to representative saying I don’t have enough balance where as I have been calling to ask to give my balance in my phone account. This is against the purpose of customer care.
There is an emergency for which I need an OTP but now in this tough time of covid they are not even responding on time.
Making everything digital and then not able to stand on the commitments they have made to there customers is really disappointing.
