Hi, I have recharged for a mobile a airtel mobile number(8870443636) through the airtel sites (txn id : 181231324569)and payment through netbanking. 119 Amount was deducted but it was not recharged. Contact the airtel customer care, they have no issue from their end , Bank needs to deposit 119 to my account.
I have checked with my bank they have said that the If the transaction is unsuccessful or failed,but amount was deducted they will revert back the amount.
The payment was sucessful i have attachede the screenshot it.
I have recharged to the above number in the alternative way. what has to be done to the amount i payed ?
please let me know if you need any information from my end.Please do the needful
