I have received wrong parcel i order a combo of smart watches but i just received one duplicate watch that too non smart i want to register my complaint against them the website name is watch gems(nexaship) product is named as newly launched watch. COD amount was 1599. I asked the delivery boy to take the parcel with him return but he didn’t agreed please if you can help.
