I have ordered “Eureka Forbes Aquasure from Aquaguard Desire 7 L RO+UV+MDTS Water Purifier” but i received the wrong model which only “UV model”. And raising return for 3 times, they cancelled return request from their side and now they are not providing neither refund nor replacement for the product. Now I contacted the customer service and they are saying “Return window is clsed and we can’t help you. Sorry for the inconvenience.” That means we have to keep the useless product with us and money into vain. Order number is OD1266752554774559000. When placing return request for the 3rd time they gave commitment that if return cancels again they will provide refund. But now they are very irresponsible with the customer and they are not able to help with my order. Simply they are saying return window is closed we can’t help. Before giving commitment they would know that return will be closed right?.
