I have received wrong charger from Flipkart and I have requested for returning but they told me that it will not be returned. It will be replaceable. Item not taken returned and now I have received message that it will not be returned

They messaged me to provide documents but I am not able to submit it due to some medical reasons and they have declared that issue resolved and can’t be returned
