I have ordered the pink kurta set from meesho and they gave me completely different of maroon colour and when I raise the complaint of wrong product it’s accepted but at the time of pickup, the pickup agent is refusing to take that parcel and also their behaviour is not good. They are saying the parcel is missmatched from the website photo.. but are they mad !?.. Do they don’t understand that if the parcel is totally wrong then how can it will be matched from the pic. Not expected this from meesho. I want my refund

I have already mentioned complete details to your support team but no one us helping in getting this order return and saying that correct order is dispatched whereas i received completely different order in first place

exactly this is big fraud by meesho & it’s seller first they are delivering wrong product and then denied for pickup by saying right product is delivered & customer care saying only one thing we can’t help you.
Meesho is very reluctant to resolve this issue..they are just doing fraud with everyone by sending wrong orders and then not returning it
