Sir with all due respect I want to say that I recently ordered a laptop from flipkart which costed me around 40000Rs.after receiving the product when I play music the speaker start to make noise and buzzing sound it’s feels like that the speaker has internally damaged.withinthe circle of 7 day return window I submitted the request but after 5 days they rejected my request and misbehave and say we can’t refund u. I finally contact the costumer care of flipkart and I told them I want my refund And take the product back and refund me but he didn’t gave me any response or solution but they cancel my refund request. But I again submitted my request for refund but there is still no response from any of them no today my 7 day return window is closed but I have submitted my refund request one day ending my return window. Now I want my refund. I hope u will take action regarding it and I will get my refund as soon as possible.
