Sir, i have received damaged product.
I asked replacement from Flipkart on 26 August, and today is 17 sept. Around 22 days.
Flipkart person physically came to check the product condition and he approved the replacement.
But still not replacement done nor the refund initiated. Seller is cancelling the request everytime.
Flipkart executives not taking this seriously every time they say please 24 hours will resolve it. But they never did.
I am getting harassed by Flipkart customer support. Please look into it.
Shared 17 pics pdf file for detective product to Flipkart, they asked my adhar card, that too provided. But they never told why they need my adhar for replacement.
