I have received an order from a sender name AEPL which I have not ordered but it was delivered by logistics partner Delhivery. I want refund for the payment I have made which was fraudulently extracted from me.

Text of Complaint by Roopini:

On 09.09.2023 I got a call from delivery agent of DELHIVERY about an order which I didn’t order. I was not at home and I was told by the Delhivery agent it was from my friend. Later after I paid for the order I got to see that the sender is AEPL. AEPL doesn’t have any website to contact them for the refund. I want refund of my money from AEPL
