I have ordered duopods from Flipkart in 25th June and received the product on 26th July (the order was prepaid).
As i opened the package i found nothing inside the box so i raised a complaint with the help of Flipkart executive. The told me to share the photos of box received i shared all the documents the told me. Then after the commited 3 July for refund but they didn’t refund so i called on 3 July they told me no any complaint is escalated so wait for 6 July you will get the resolution I am escalating your complaint. Then after they call me today and told no refund will be provided by Flipkart. I can only mention your feedback with us. Cannot give you the refund
