I have received a product(fastrack watch) which is not working. There is no replacement option available and if i opt for return flipkart is charging 50 return fee.

I have received a product(fastrack watch) which is not working. There is no replacement option available and if i opt for return flipkart is charging 50 return fee. Since it’s fault from flipkart i want full refund or replacement. Even after contacting customer care of flipkart multiple times, they didn’t agreed for it. So please help me.
