Hello sir ,
I have purchesed a texum company prodect which is a pressure washer on 09.03.2022 Which was delevered to me on 13.03.2022 . At same day on 13.03.2022 i have faced ishu with the prodect , it is not working properly so as pre your policy of 10 days returns , i have request and rase for return and refund . But the customer care services r cheeting with me . The r telling that the item is not returnable . I have purchesed high cost pordect of Rs. 6850 in trust of name of AMAZON Brand . Kindle help me to solve this issue , and return my money . I have attached you the screen shot of the item and my bill of purchase .
