I have received a parcel from the same company, but I did not place this order. When it was delivered, my husband received it and, since it was a cash-on-delivery order, he made the payment. However, I can confirm that I never placed this order.

I would like to return the order, but I see that there is no return option available. This situation feels like harassment, as customers should only receive orders they have personally placed. In this case, I have received an order I did not place, and my husband has already paid ₹700 for it.

I request an immediate refund of this amount.
