Text of Complaint by Nikhil Sable:

I bought Dizo Watch D from flipkart; its price was 2599 at that moment. The watch got delivered on 14th July 2022 but to my surprise I received a watch worth 200 instead. There was no product box, only a cheap watch inside the outer package.
I immediately raised a return request for the product, and I am still raising return requests for the same product on 30th September 2022. In between this period, multiple return requests have been cancelled by the seller/flipkart.
I also talked with customer support multiple time, raised this issue, lodged a complaint to flipkart customer care but nothing happened. I understand it is non-refundable, but that does not mean I have to cope with damaged product, they are not even able to provide me a replacement in 3+ months. Every time, I call them they for addressing my open issue, they mark my open issue as resolved immediately after the call.
I request a proper product refund of the product. I also want to take some proper action against them.
