I have received a very cheap, duplicate and used helmet from flipkart..i have already requested them to retun it from last 5-6 days but no one has come up for pick up till today. Everyday i used to raise a complaint in thier query option and everyday i receive a call once or twice a day.they used to say diffeent thing everyday..one said pick up will be done in 24hrs, other said your refund will be intiated in 24hrs, one said 48hrs.they are selling a fake products on their website and harassing the customers by not returing them their money.everyday i got a call from flipkart i used to give them all information again and again and put me on hold.please resolve this problem…and punish flipkart for selling almost every fake products on its webiste.
