I have received a damaged product and it’s worth of 617 and they are only giving me 61 as a compensation amount and not accepting my return product

Order is -OD436714144098158200

I have ordered mi wired earphone from Flipkart on 5 feb and I received a damaged product and the wire is cuts I opened that product yesterday and saw that and I raise a complaint but no solution your customer support chat system is very bad they don’t have the right way to chat with customer service
They take a agree from me to receive a 61 rupees giftcard as a compensation and mistakely i accept that as a miscommunication between me and them it’s a not fare as a customer I fell very wrong on this I need to return this product and get want my refund ASAP .it’s not about 617 mrp of my product but it’s about a customer satisfaction and very bad customer support call executive service from you guys they really don’t help customers at all.
