On 30/05/2021, I made an online purchase from Amazon , a Seagate Backup Plus Poortable 5 TB External HHD for the sum of rupees 8,899/-. On 01/07/2021 I received the wrong product. The
item sent was 8 bottle of multani mitti, shikakai powder, amla powder worth rupees 1036/-
I also raise a complaint about receiving wrong product to customer care service on the same I was receive the wrong product they told me wait for the some days and us 07/06/2021 but when I call they said that they can not return or replace my order . I’m student I had collected so much money with great difficulty for the hard disk.
I request to you please help me in to return my hard disk or money from amazon.
