I have purchased Android TV , One Plus, from Amazone. The display looks cloudy since three months, I have made complain to One Plus, but they give assurance mail only, our warranty will expire in this month. Attached mail correspondance with them with attachment of invoice, delivery slip, picture of tv screen.

I have contacted your service center at InOrbit mall Vadodara, where they asked to down load One plus app in mobile and then complain for TV
by giving answers to the questions asked, I have downloaded the app but the app does not work, it has two pages seen, in no page the
option for complaint registration is available.

From you web site also it is not possible to register complain.

I have purchased TV on date 17.10.2020, its warranty expires on couple of days.
I have register the complaint as Case ID: 210910-008076 through this mail.
I have shown the trailed mail to the service center at InOrbit mall, Vadodara, where they said that complaining on tall free number above as well as this mail id will not work, only mobile app will work.

We are confused about where to complain. Hope this is the right means of complaining.

03. Some photograph of TV screen defect
04. Zip file containing all the documents like, invoice, delivery packing sleep, Warranty Card, Photographs screen shoots of defect.

ALL THE DOCUMENTS ARE ATTACHED TO THIS MAIL, NOW I THINK NO NEED TO EXPLAIN ANYTHING MORE.

THIS MAIL IS SENT TO ALL OF YOU, WHOSOEVER IS RESPONSIBLE TO ACT FOR THIS COMPLAIN, PLEASE TAKE ACTION.

Kindly replace the TV / Rectify the defect by replacing proper HD LED display panel.

Your proper reply and care will prevent us to go for legal action against amazon.in, One Plus TV,
Cloudtail India Pvt Ltd, Mobitech Creations Pvt Ltd.
