Hi Team,
I have purchased AC from amazon few item was missing with outdoor unit. after toll-free and email communication their team confirmed i should purchase missing item from my end and they will reimburse which cost was approx 4000 i have paid. now after the lots of email and call they are not doing reimbursement.
and day per day reducing the amount (saying like that we can provide only1600,2000 etc.).
