I Have Purchased a KODAK TV from Flipkart, faulty within 11 months, delivered to me on 22-03-2021. Due to 2nd Covid-19 lockdown, its installation was pending and done on 16 may 2021. As per norms it will be replaced under warranty, due to warranty starting from installation date. I have also made a complaint on flipkart regarding this, and complaint no. is-IN220426204752335106 & IN22042610522103840038. After visiting the engineer, mentioned on the report it is manufacturing defect, instead this company denied to replaced it, TV was taken, service center for repairing and they given the assurance me, it will be done within 14 days. It has been 2 months since I filed the complaint and 1 month over the TV was taken by their engineer and still this TV with them . After more than hundreds of emails and calls causing mental stress and dissatisfaction, no action has been taken. I even mentioned about filing a case against them but was neglected, talked rudely, put me on waiting for hours which caused me shame in front of relatives, colleagues and couldn’t focus on job and family. I have also made complaint on the social media also and tag all the related owner of Flipkart/Jeeves & main stock holding company Walmart, But they making fool us and not give the proper resolution. Requested you to Please help me for return/replacement my TV due to my family & my old age mother is suffering’s from not seen their devotional programs.
