I have placed order of Kurlon Beverly Hills Fabric 3 Seater sofa worth INR14,008 and paid full amount and the expected delivery date was May 24 but they did not deliver the product on the promised date
I have called the Flip kart customer support many times on MAY 24 and they promised that the product will reach by 7pm but it hasn’t delivered and then they updated the expected delivery date to MAY 29
I have waited patiently till MAY 29 and on MAY 29 around 7Pm, i have called the Flip kart customer support and asked about the delivery and they again promised me that the product is going to be delivered by EOD MAY 29 but it hasn’t yet delivered till date.
Reached out to Flip kart customer agents many times, they were really helpless and Holding my call and non-responsive
I have news from one the Flip kart agent saying that the wait for June 4.Keep on postponing order
My order amount of ₹14008 was blocked for nearly 33 days and product was not yet delivered I have Purchased at Zest Credit Card Every Mount I Want Pay Interest With out knowing how can pay the emi
