I have clear my all dues and loan amount taken from navi also they sent me NOC for the payment still they made my profile as written-off in cibil.

My bank acccount is south indian bank already apply for navi loans but all bank are available in yur app south indian bank is not seened what will i do???
My bank account not seen in yur bank details my bank is south Indian bank but not seen in navi cash loan application
