I have ordered Red tape black sneakers from Amazon and I have received the order on 11th Oct 2022 but the product I have received is different from which I have ordered and now the Amazon representative not responding. They are not giving me any return or replacement. I am very poor and I want justice.

I have ordered Red tape black sneakers from Amazon and I have received the order on 11th Oct 2022 but the product I have received is different from which I have ordered and now the Amazon representative is not responding. I am very poor and I want justice.
