I have purchased wardrobe on 10dec 2023 promise delivery date was 14 dec. At 14 product was out for delivery. But delivery boy denied to do ppen box delivery after requesting multipls times they denied so i connected to flipkart they told no its a open box delivery so you will get open box delivery. Now its been 10days continuously i am calling to flipkart but neither are initiating my refund niether they are delivering it. Multipls times i raised concern but no response every time they are giving different different resolutions. Now i am regretting why i am plus premium member of such a platform who is making me harassed but no resolution.
