I have ordered a couple of dresses from www.vwestern.com on August 10th 2020.
It’s been about 10 days and still not delivered. Mailed them at
No reply from them. It was a prepaid order for rs.998. yesterday a person came to deliver but he said it’s a cash on delivery but it’s a prepaid order. In the website on my account it was showing paid.
He disagreed to give the delivery and asked to contact vwestern. I mailed them on the above given mail but no reply and no contact number.
I want my money refunded.
Please look into the issue and warn others from using this website.
