I have ordered Mi 11X 5G 6GB 128 GB Cosmic Black worth 24999 on 30th oct 2021 through Paytm. As per the seller it will be shipped on 2nd nov and will be delivered on 6th nov. But it hasn’t shipped till now (07 th nov) and no updates from seller or courier. customer care just asking for more time other than no solution is provided. And there’s no cancellation policy available it was a prepaid order.
