I HAVE ORDER JUST HERBS PRODUCT ON NOV 10TH BEFORE DIWALI .., BUT AFTER ONE WEEK I DDINT GET ANY PRODUCT AND GOT A MESSAGE AS BELOW:
NOTE: Due to Festive Season our distribution centers and carriers are experiencing delays. Your Order will be dispatched within 3-5 days. We’re working hard to get your order ASAP.

Our Customer Support Team is also experiencing higher volume than normal, resulting in longer wait time. You may also find that tracking information is unclear, or isn’t updated right away.

We’re very sorry if you experience this delay.

AFTER RECIEVING THE ABOVE MAIL..I HAVE WAITED ONE MORE WEEK BUT I DIDNT GET ANY MESSAGE OR ANY RESPONSE FROM JUST HERBS REGARDING MY PRODUCT.

there is no refund policy for just herbs.. but i need my product which i have spent money
