Dear sir ,
I have orderd icream through Zomato app in ibaco caremillo 2 nos the price was 317/- RS total . First they accepted the order for this address (house no 3-16-17 Nehru Nagar 1st floor Ramanthapur 500013, kachiguda ) after when the cash has been debited from my account to Zomato suddenly the executive called me and said he can’t deliver the icecream and he said the address is too long for him and he said he is going to cancelled but from my end I didn’t cancel and now when I called the customer care of Zomato they are telling they can’t refund the amount . I kindly request you to Handel this request and take action this Frauds like Zomato and claim me the money as much . I have attached my details pls do help me and they should not cheat every one like this .
