I have ordered few items from Meesho & my delivery partner was Pocketship. They are making scams. They are not even reaching out customer for delivery and cancelling orders on their end by wrong updates. They delivered a product and got the money but in app they not mention as delivered. So I m unable to return/exchange.

Pocketship delivered a pack of 4 track pants.It size was too small.While I m trying to return the product in meesho app it shows as order unsuccessful.So I m unable to return/exchange. Unable to contact the pocketship.Money also not returned.They got the money and make the product as order unsuccessful.
