I have ordered buddy step from ola on 1 June 2023 and the estimated delivery date was 21 june 2023, but till now i didn’t receive any update on that and when ever I call customer service they don’t respond properly and they don’t know any details why it is getting delay and what is the next option to do….and they say that the have escalated the issue to there higher authority but still I didn’t receive any update on that…. I request to to please do the needful.
