I have ordered 2 jewelleries set , but it’s almost 10 days and I have not received any mail or msg from their side of delivery but my money has been deducted from my bank account. I think it’s a fraud company. No one is replying and the no. Is also wrong. Please refund and resolve my issue

I have ordered 2 jewelleries set from beauityqueens company. It’s almost more than 10 days, I haven’t received any information about the product delivery. The amount has been deducted from my bank account. The no. they have provided is wrong. No one is reply. I don’t know whom to contact. Please refund my amount and resolve this issue as soon as possible. This company is fraudulent.
