I have ordered one kurti for Rs. 449 from online site Indian Ethnic online on 11/09/2020 and made payment online. And received a confirmation with order no. 814549 via sms(attached for your reference).
But after that I haven’t receive any SMS or email regarding delivery.
No information on site too.
This is very unethical behavior from the above mentioned site. I want a refund instead of product on immediate basis.
I request you to do the needful at the earliest.
