I have order two items through Order No. OD437873434711447100 & OD437873611976675100 from flipkart. I have received one order in packing and temple received in non standard packing (Foam sheet & cardboards and then wrap by polythene packing but now on return they saying brand packing that is not provided at delivery time. Order is returned due to below reason.
1. Paint is not proper
2. Ply is missing some places and damaged ever backside no ply.
3. Drawers are hitting each other as no proper alignment.
4. On paint dust particles are available that are not cleared by cleaning.
I request you to support for return the items.
Both product are completely non acceptable even this product is sent when no one is taking on showroom visit.
