I have order the food and done online payment the at the time of delivery it was showing cash on delivery, i have raise multiple time complaint no response at all always they were asking for 48 hours after 5 days thry we’re saying we can’t solve after 48 hours, and 1st time the delivery boy didn’t order the food and marked as delivered as he said he will give me back the payment but he didn’t i have all chats and recording still swiggy didn’t do anything

Text of Complaint by Poonam:

1st time I ordered food by mistake i have entered wrong address so that food is about to deliver at my home, i ask the delivery boy to deliver to me i’ll pay extra but he said he will instead pay me back the money. I said okay, i’ll re order then he mark my product as delivered and didn’t do any payment. I raise complaint no solution at all. It was my mistake also somewhat so i would have ask someone to receive he do fraud.
2nd time i order food i have already made the payment but at the time of delivery it was showing cash on delivery. Delivery boy said you have to make payment as here it is showing cod you can take money back with swiggy i raise complaint immediately they said they eill proceed the refund and delaying for 4 days and then no refund made. Now they are saying it’s more than 48 days earlier they themselves ask for time to refund.
