I ordered vivo v 11 pro on 22nd november.. I got the parcel on 24th november 2018, but they send me the box of samsung filled with dryfruits. I inform them imdeatly asap i got the product in front of delivery boy itself.. E cart manager hub came at the spot and did investigation and was in my favour. Then i placed a return request 8 times but everytime giving fake promises and hope, afterwards they reject it.. I called them more than 70 times but didnt get my problem resolved.. They every mail is fake of fake promises to call u or contact u within 24 or 48 hours and it has been 10 days, i hadnt received any call yet..!! Even e- kart security team investigated my case and r in favour of me and find my case genuine and even they forwarder it to flipcart and told them to refund or reship his product but flipcart has not taken any action till now… It has been a mental harasment to me… Flipcart is completely fake.. I request people not to buy anything from them.. As they only do fake promises.. They are completely fake…!!
