Hello,

I have ordered a jacket on 10 jan 2021 and i received a wrong item so immediately i informed and returned the product back to seller then they said need to wait 3-5 dayd will get refund but till today almost 40 days i never received my refund in this between days i called many times to customer service such a wrost and pathetic service they give no resolution at all everytime same reason some issue wait 5 days and all thats it nothing i get in return i want my refund and i have waited enought now i want compenstion with my refund i have no more patience now please refund sucha wrost amazon service.
