Hi,
My refund for Indigo Airlines with PNR no EQ2RKB is pending. I was informed by the Makemytrip executive that it will be done in 3-12 working days but its been over a month now, the refund is not done.
Also customer care no of MakemyTrip runs on IVR and the call gets disconnected. There is no way we can talk to any customer executive. The email ID mentioned on the website also give you an automated reply.
