I have ordered a saree from zuhriyaa last year. They took my order and I paid them full amount through Paytm, but I did not deliver that saree to me.. despite of making numerous calls to ther customer care they have not given the refund and they did not sent my saree.. I have been messaging them on Instagram continuously but they are not even giving any replies to them.

  1. I have ordered a top and dupatta 2years ago (june 2022).I paid amount but didnt recieved the top yet. I made many calls and messaged them. They didn’t refund or sending the product such a fraud @ Zuhariya

  2. I also ordered a kurti with dupatta on 26 Jan 2025 and paid the full amount. I haven’t received any product or refund till now. No response to my phone calls or Instagram messages. Still she is updating new products daily with so many offers and discounts to attract people. Don’t fall for her. She is a scammer.

  3. Me too placed order on 4 July 2025 since they promised that the order will be dispatched by 24 July 2025. Despite me asking them to ensure the delivery is done by 30 July 2025 at least, I have not received my order yet. Whenever I ask them for status of my order, they simply say that it will be dispatched by the next Monday. The owner even posted video on instagram that the ONM series products have been dispatched and would reach by Aug 4 for all those who ordered. Everything is a scam. There is no contact number to really talk to them.

  4. I also placed an order of two dresses on October 4th. with a total payment of ₹7,600. When I made the payment, your team assured me that the delivery would be made within 10 days.

    However, it has now been over a month. After many calls and messages, I was informed that the item would be delivered on Tuesday, October 28th, and a DTDC courier number was provided. But even today, November 4th, the tracking status still shows “Pickup request not ready”.

    I have been calling and messaging multiple times every day (about 10 times daily) to all three contact numbers you provided. All the numbers are active, but no one answers or responds to messages.

    This is extremely poor service, and it seems that no action is being taken to deliver my order or refund my payment.
