I have ordered a saree from zuhriyaa last year. They took my order and I paid them full amount through Paytm, but I did not deliver that saree to me.. despite of making numerous calls to ther customer care they have not given the refund and they did not sent my saree.. I have been messaging them on Instagram continuously but they are not even giving any replies to them.

I have ordered a top and dupatta 2years ago (june 2022).I paid amount but didnt recieved the top yet. I made many calls and messaged them. They didn’t refund or sending the product such a fraud @ Zuhariya
