Text of Complaint by Shatarupa som:

I have placed a michael kors watch on 1st of oct , and it was defective. I placed an exchange order for the same on 3rd of October. The Item was picked up by the delivery person on 5th of October and the exchange item was not delivered. The delivery person conveyed that it was just a return pick up and the exchange will happen later. No communication regarding the exchange was conveyed to me by Amazon India till 13th of October. When I contacted the customer care, then only I got to know that the exchange will not happen and it will be treated as Return order only. I was asked to wait till 18th of October for the refund and as usual i did not get any updates from Amazon. After I contacted the customer care on 20th October, i came to know there was no status update for my Refund. I am actually not getting any real support from the Amazon team and the calls which i place gets over while making them understand the issue. Not sure of their competency to solve the issue but I am now bothered about the refund of my money.
