I have not got the refund from zomato , the order was not delvreied to me the order got cancelled before the order can be prepared then how can food is wastage i have talked with hotel also they told they are not having my payment its with zoomato.

I have not got the refund from zomato , the order was not delvreied to me the order got cancelled before the order can be prepared then how can food is wastage i have talked with hotel also they told they are not having my payment its with zoomato.I am not able to connect with customer care as there is no option showing in the app
