I ordered a Puma flexracer shoe and i returned the product because of smaller size. Its been more than 20 days since i returned it but yet i haven’t received the refund. The Ajio customer care and escalation people are not resolving the issue and also making several false promises. The Delhivery logistics people are not responding properly for an acknowledgement of returned product . I have been cheated here. Ajio and Delhivery are the worst. Kindly help me out with the refund
