I have booked 04 Himalayan to Fateh Autos Jalandhar, The payment has done on 19 May, however they have taken much time to deliver the motorcycle 25 May. As per their quotation we have taken loan from the bank and money has transferred their account. Later they said we have sent wrong quotation you have to pay 5000 extra / bike otherwise will not be issue the bill. We were stuck in middle the same concern has been raised to Royal Enfield customer care however due to worst services of Royal Enfield we haven’t gotten any response. And we paid 20000 more, after that they mentioned wrong address on the papers. We again requested them then they said it’s a process “we have to process the file RTO office” and it tales time. We agree for that then they share some paper for pencil print of Chassis however 02 chassis number aren’t belong to me however they issue it with my name. It’s a frooud.
