Hi Sir/Madam,
On 9-Oct-2018 , I booked an item from Paytm Mall. The Item was Sony MDR Headphone. when I got it received it was not in a good condition so I refund it back to Paytm Mall. Paytm Mall Courier boy took it and my item was refunded. The problem comes when they didn’t refund money. They Promise me that they will refund it within 48hours. Till now it become 27 days approx and I haven’t get my money.
My second order was booking a train ticket on 10-Oct-2018 in which amount is deducted by Paytm and ticket was not booked. That amount is also like I am begging for it. They are like cheaters , they didn’t refund me a single amount. I have contacted them via Facebook,twitter and gmail, their reply always like we will initiate it. Most important thing I have also sent them my bank statement. They still refusing and Ignoring to give my money.

Please help me on this. Please let me know if anything required.
