Since 2018 I am keep on raising complaints but only standard response I am getting is “our network team is working on it will resolve soon”. Now almost 3 years but still not resolved. In my home we have 2 Vodafone connections (earlier it was 4later v changed 2 to other network) either network is low or nil due to which we couldn’t make a call or receive a call. Internet connection too very poor especially in this lockdown situation unbearable service. I am not able to continue my official calls. I come to know about this complaint resolving process recently. Herewith attached few screenshot as evidence that issue was not resolved since 2018.
