I have been using prepaid service since 2-3 years. I recharged for 128 on Aug 6th. After 1 day found that I am not able to make any outgoing calls. So I called customer care, I was told 128 is top up. No explicit mention of this on their web page.
I could not do anything about 128, so tried to recharge for another plan but got message that balance is -132. How can prepaid be ever -ve. When I called customer care to resolve this all they said is may be I made/received international call. I have not gone abroad not received any call. They said they can’t do anything about it. I have been following up since Aug 15th but no solution yet.
