I have made an order through u food app in chitkara university on 7th july 2021 but my order was cancelled and money debited from my account and till now I didn’t get any refund and there is complaint system in that app (ufood)

I have made an order through u food app in chitkara university on 7th july 2021 but my order was cancelled but money (55.65/-) debited from my account for 1st order then I tried again placing the order and money (80.94/-) debited again for same order no.2738663 (twice money debited for same order) but order cancelled again and till now I didn’t get any refund and there is complaint system in that app (ufood).
I have transaction Id – T2107071510283778909518 for 55.65/- balance deduction
And transaction ID – T2107071508352180642801 for 80.94/- deducted amount. Please help me regarding this..!!!
