I have got the defective product and i am trying to return it since a month but Flipkart is harassing me again and again for this product

Text of Complaint by Ayush Agarwal:

I have ordered boat 441 ANC from Flipkart which was delivered on 28-Apr-2022 in which touch controls were not working for calls and voice is mismatching in both the earbuds for this i opted for replacement but the Flipkart delivery boy tagged it replaced without being replaced and now I am trying to return the product but Flipkart is cancelling my return request again and again and there executives are harassing and forcing me to wait and wait and it’s been approx one month but they are not taking any action.
