My Loan No. is 3008572. I had taken Loan from Cashe on 02.07.2023 for Rs.14000.
My 1st EMI Due date was 02.08.2023 of Rs.4981 which was paid on time.
Then I paid my last two Emi’s one by one on 19th August,2023
But I did not receive any msg or mail confirmation by Cashe of payment received and did not receive any NOC as well.
I have mailed them several times to update my details as I’m unable to process another loan and no intimation has been received by me for loan Closure but they are simply issuing a complaint ticket but doing nothing to resolve it.
All the payments are updated but still it us showing regret for processing another loan as the details are not updated till now.
